Refund and Returns Policy
PrimeGrade, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy and transparent return process.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product. Customers may also be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, clearance sale conditions, or customized products.
